WAXING TREATMENTS

Before Your Appointment:

Do not shave, pluck, or wax 2 weeks before your appointment.
You may gently exfoliate the area the day prior to your session.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Come with a bare face—no makeup.
If you have allergies, skin conditions, or take medications regularly, please let me know.

After Appointment:

Avoid touching the area for 48 hours (including sexual activity).
Stick to warm water only for showers or baths—avoid hot water.
Wear loose-fitting clothes for the first few days to avoid irritation.
Refrain from exercising or swimming for 24-48 hours.
Avoid tanning or spray tanning after your appointment.

FACIAL TREATMENTS

Before Appointment:

Wear your hair in a pulled-back style
Opt for comfortable clothing
Arrive with a bare face—no makeup
Avoid strong at-home treatments the week before
No exfoliating 3 days prior
Avoid tanning 5 days before your appointment
Inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or medications

After Appointment:

Avoid Sun Exposure: No tanning or direct sunlight for 48 hours
No Exfoliants: Refrain from products with Retin-A, AHAs, or BHAs for 48 hours
Avoid Alcohol and Caffeine: Skip these on appointment day to prevent dehydration
No Heavy Exercise: Avoid activities that cause excessive sweating right after your facial

Do I need an appointment for spa services?

Yes, we recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure you get your preferred date and service time. Certain high-demand services do fill up quickly. Walk-in appointments may be accommodated if availability allows. Contact us or conveniently book online 24/7.

What should I wear during my spa visit?

Disrobe to your comfort level for massages and body treatments. Undergarments or swimsuits are typically worn. Our staff provides robes and ensures your privacy. For facials, leave your face clean of make-up. Pedicures are done with feet bare, manicures leave fingernail polish off one hand receiving treatment. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

I’m pregnant - can I still enjoy spa treatments?

Many of our treatments can be safely adjusted for pregnancy. We customize the treatments to properly support moms-to-be. Please inform us during booking so we can determine any contraindications and provide specialized support throughout your comforting spa experience. Please also let us know of any other health conditions.
